The video spread I looked at a couple days ago made detroit look like it had been bombed! The city officials actually built steel scaffolding behind a front of one building to hold it up and make it appear it was a building..it was only the front.
For the 28% unemployed in Detroit I would suggest going to Mexico where automobile manufacturing experience is in great demand. To avoid taxes and such simply sneak across the border.
