New Jersey is dead broke and the Democrats want to hand a freebie to illegals. Go figure.

Time for a remake of those New Jersey tourism commercials.

New Jersey y tu......perfectos juntos

This will attract millions more illegal immigrants to NJ, thus taking up all kinds of additional jobs and services.

That is the real purpose of the bill. The recession has caused a lot of illegals (democrat voters) to leave and they want them back.

The democrats are very very evil people. Especially in NJ.

“...said the bill would not cost the state money”

Free money! No impact, except on the wallets of the NJ taxpayer. Scumbags.

A group of legal immigrants, who had graduated from WA state high schools and were here on student visas, sued the University of WA in 2002 (I think that was the year) over a similar law. They won repayment of out of state tuition for the period that they were in school.

I have looked for mention of this court case on-line when other states took the same action and it seems to have been buried, but I know one of the students who participated in the case, a young man from Korea. He was forced to leave the country almost immediately after graduating and has been trying to get back ever since. He even tried enlisting in the US military and they wouldn’t take him.

Illegal aliens will get a benefit that is denied to full citizens in 49 states. My older son, a Delaware resident, is considering a New Jersey college. If he goes there we will pay double what illegal aliens pay. In other words, he ain’t going there.

N.J. Assembly committee approves bill allowing undocumented immigrants to pay in-state tuition

These people are NOT "undocumented immigrants." they are ILLEGAL ALIENS. Calling them "undocumented immigrants" is like calling shoplifting an "undocumented purchase."

Where will these highly educated illegal aliens find work? I thought it was illegal to hire an illegal.

But legal citizens from other states have to pay the exhorbitant, extortionist fees.

Lovely.

Is there not tar in New Jersey? Has the State no trees with which to make rails? No feathered friends to borrow some feathers from? I have heard that a naked screaming legislator riding a rail is really amusing!
