No need at all for court decision (although would be good for the long term). Nixon resigned, more than a full 2 years after the Watergate scandal. When more people understand that he's a usurper, the Congress (save for the ultra left) will loose confidence in Barry (just like what happened to Nixon). Furthermore, I can't imagine the joint chiefs of staff publicly acknowledging that they are "OK" with taking orders from an Unconstitutional CinC.
IF his being a usurper is ignored or glossed over...it will set a precedent. Most clear thinkers thought it nearly impossible for such a "candidate" to be elected...yet he did with the help of the state run media, foreign money, uneducated voters, etc. If he is simply voted out...I can't imagine the possibilities of who might get elected in the future. His precedent must not be allowed to prevail.
You really think that Obummer, the Marxist now posing as a Fascist, is going to resign willingly?
You really think that Axelrod will resign?
Do you really think Valerie Jarrett will resign just because you find out what is on the birth certificate?
We have a president who has told so many lies that people are counting them and keeping a list as a sport.
He knows that we know that he lies. But yet he is supposed to have so much ability for self examination and so much humility that he will resign because of the biggest lie of all?
You may think so, but I do not.
The man has absolutely no moral compass.
