That may well be the case. I would simply like for someone to show that to me in either the Constitution, the US Legal Code, or relevant, current case law.

There is a difference between being a citizen and a natural born citizen. Yes, there are two kinds of citizens-- natural born and naturalized. Anyone born in the U.S. is a natural-born citizen.
