Law Enforcement Examiner ^ | 5 Jan 10 | Jim Kouri

Posted on 01/05/2010 6:10:05 AM PST by LSUfan

The Council on American Islamic Relations, the nation's largest Muslim civil rights and advocacy group, began 2010 by complaining about new security measures being enforced at U.S. airports by Transportation Security Administration security officers. The CAIR leadership released a statement that claims the TSA's airport security directives amount to the profiling of Muslims.

CAIR creates a straw man argument here. No one is being profiled by race, religion or ethnicity. They're being profiled based on the fact that terrorists tend to come from certain countries. These are facts. Everyone should be screened, but persons traveling from countries that either sponsor terrorism or have a significant Jihadist terrorist presence should get extra scrutiny...

If they don’t like it, go back to your country of origin and stay there.

If sombody had ‘profiled’ the panty bomber, the Ft Hood shooter, or the 9/11 scumbags, we’d have been A LOT better off.

“The CAIR leadership released a statement that claims the TSA’s airport security directives amount to the profiling of Muslims.” .. and this is a bad thing? I think not. Amen.

This cair has been a festering puss of slime on our country. They are not Americans by any means and should be deported before they kill more Americans because they don’t want to be spotted out. Where’s Dennis Hooper, the convert? Not white enough for you islamist?

“No one is being profiled by race, religion or ethnicity.”

But they ought to be.

I’d put all CAIR members on a watch list. How’s that for profiling?

Is there anything else we can do to convince CAIR that we DON”T CAIR!

Regardless of its attempts to portray itself as legitimate and reasonable, CAIR’s core mission is the destruction of our country as we know it. CAIR is working to turn our country into a Shariah-plagued Islamic hell hole where there is zero tolerance for non-Muslims, whose lives, to CAIR, are expendable. CAIR will oppose any measure that impedes that mission. CAIR is the textbook example of a Fifth Column. CAIR doesn’t care how many of us non-Muslims are killed in horrific “man-caused disasters,” as long as Muslims are allowed to continue to enter our country and breed until they reach critical mass, as they have in the UK, which is now at the mercy of Islam. Why we put up with this BS I cannot figure out.

"While singling out travelers based on religion and national origin may make some people feel safer, it only serves to alienate and stigmatize Muslims and does nothing to improve airline security," he said.

Should have used profiling from the very beginning to "improve airline security".

That is a straw man argument. ANYONE traveling through or from one of those nations is subject to increased scrutiny, no matter what their religion or nationality.

MAYBE CAIR SHOULD CLEAN UP THERE OWN SAND BOX FIRST.

STOP HONOR KILLINGS AND BEHEADING OF LITTLE GIRLS. THAT WOULD BE A NICE START.

Understood. Their *perception* is that only muslims are profiled. I don’t subscribe to the *feel sorry for muslims* bit.

I still believe that WE should’ve profiled from the very beginning.

If CAIR doesn’t like something, it must be a good idea.
