Okay, let's see, the Gitmo guys are going back to Yemen and Abdulmutallab has lawyered up and is quiet as a church mouse. So, no intelligence from him because he will not be waterboarded or tortured in the old ways. You have to wonder though, will these terrorists that were freed be accepted back into these organizations? I mean they all gave up information that did alot of damage to their worldwide movement, maybe its because i'm not a crazy islamist, but I don't think i'd be so eager to run back into the tender mercies of murderers and sodomists.

Plus you have to wonder if any of these guys have been co-opted by the CIA or whatnot, have gps trackers imbeded into them or manchurian style commands brainwashed into them. If I were a spook I think i'd see alot of opportunity in releasing these fish back into the pool and see who they swim to....after suitably preping them.

You're making an unwarranted assumption. Waterboarding or torture are generally not necessary for gaining information (and often lead to unreliable information in any case). That was especially true in this case: the undiebomber was reportedly voluntarily singing like a bird before his court-appointed lawyer shut him up.
