I would love this move - Coach Leach is a great coach
I agree, it would be a great match, right in there with the Raiders image.
And the Raiders right now aren’t far away from being a respectable team, they beat some good teams, but were woefully inconsistent. I like Gradkowski as a QB, with Leach, he could become even better.
