I don't know where you're from, but most cities would be more at risk of riots if the people thought Obama was being driven out of office on a "technicality".
That is my point exactly. I live in a very very Blue city, and BHO being driven out on the basis of his BC would a) never be understood, and b) would enrage our inner city. I almost got beat down for wearing a Palin t-shirt in public last year, and I am not exaggerating.
Today as I took public transit through neighborhoods with storefront after storefront vacated and/or boarded up, I witnessed a family (with a very elderly wheelchair-bound female relative) talking about how Grandma was going to be 100 years old and how she should be congratulated by Willard Scott and "President" BO. These poor people were all aglow with this idea (no disrespect intended for the elderly lady) and they would not, could not, see how the country was disintegrating around them.
