"A lot of folks are making donations directly to their chosen canidates instead of to the RNC. Looks like it's starting to hurt them. I doubt they'll get the message"

That's right!

To paraphrase FOX News, we're tired of the "we donate and you decide" approach to selecting our candidates, we want to have a say in it ourselves.

We'd like to see a few candidates step up with America's interest in mind instead of their own.

It's turned into more of a competition for a high paying job, than an opportunity to serve the people and strengthen the country, and we're mostly tired of career politicians in all parties.

Career politicians are dangerous, they have become greedy and deceitful and have no respect for the people of America. They never seem to remember that not only do they support their own districts but they are congress for the entire country as well. A bought-and-sold vote from a Nebraska Senator can affect us all the way to Georgia, as we all well know of late.

Donations directly to the party makes it all into a "scorecard" of haves vs. have-nots, not what is best for the land.

I'll be sending all donations directly to my supported candidates this year, if the GOP can't deal with it, then they need to do some soul searching and possible house cleaning. Bernie Madoff woke up a lot of people to ponzi schemes.

The RNC has spent foolishly and I had to tell them I was through donating and to take my name of the calling and mailing lists. I explained that I had starting sending money directly to CONSERVATIVE Republican candidates during the ‘08 election and that my contributions to the RNC in previous years had been nominal anyway...lol.
