GOP Financial Struggles Jeopardize 2010 House Election Bids

Financial woes are dimming the GOP's bright prospects of making major gains in the House next year and some GOP strategists are blaming an unlikely source: Republican incumbents.

The National Republican Congressional Committee, the financial arm for GOP House campaigns, has raised less than a third as much money as its Democratic counterpart and ended 2009 with barely enough money to fully finance a single House race, Politico reported Sunday.

Despite evidence of solid opportunities in at least 40 districts this year, Republican incumbents have donated well below expectations, GOP strategists told Politico.

I agree - but I don’t think it’s about cocktail parties - it’s about being bought and controlled by Globalist interests .. eg .. McCain’s and Lindsey Graham’s receiving money from Soros funded foundations.

They have called me for several years now begging for the type of support that I used to give them... they know why I no longer give and they have done nothing to rectify their liberalism that is causing their financial demise... and I now give directly to Conservative candidates... hey steele... If they don't take back the House and at least make a serious dent in the Dems majority in the Senate it is their own damn fault.

The stage is set for real leaders to step up and lead. If the GOP fails, they should disband and go the way of the whigs.
