That's because the military performs testing to insure that people that are joining are sane. And sane people tend to be conservative.
There is no entrance exam to be a liberal. Hence the number of nutcases, perverts, and dolts that are liberal.

Resident 0bama USES the Marines ( Marines are never referred to as troops, always refer to them as Marines The Army has troopers), So he uses a conference room and podium to look more presidential..well anything to make him LOOK the part..wonder if they had teleprompters..prolly not Marines don’t need them. He prolly had cue cards held up by one of his pals on the trip.
And a facility where Marines have aircraft is not is an Air Station...MCAS. The media never get it right.
Agreed. The Marines had no say, and having been a military wife for 16 years, I know how thrilled they were to have tons of SS men and WH staff telling them where and when they could do whatever.
When O used the private beach, I feel sure it was closed to military families to give the Os privacy.
This arrogant excuse for a POTUS makes me sick. If I hear one more media shill extol his speechifying elegance and superiority, I will go to the door and give a primordial yell. If you hear a strange gut-wrenching roar, that is just me--join me and maybe DC will hear.

CIA? The President is the Commander in Chief and as uniformed personnel it would be a violation of the UCMJ to speak out against the present CIC. That does not mean they do not, among themselves privately express their own opinion. We did about Clinton..in our circles he was the Coward in Chief( ref: his protests organized in the UK against the US in Viet Nam during his student time there).
I retired during the Clinton administration which was a shame since I would rather have had my certificate of appreciation signed by Bush..That said, I am soooo glad I am not serving under this ‘Resident.
The bias is from the Demo Pres who looks at the military as his potential enemy.

I’d say Rice - looks like he thinks if he kisses zero’s ass enough then he’ll get a star.....I absolutely detest military members that put their desire for a promotion ahead of this country....btw, before I get flamed, my dad retired after 26 years in the AF and I worked for DoD for 21 years before transferring to DoJ. Needless to say, in my 21 years I ran across alot of officers who were more interested in their next promotion then what was best for the country....and sad to say, I personally know a bunch of those idiots (retired general officers) who came out and endorsed zero....people that I considered friends and was absolutely shocked when they came out for the Kenyan instead of the Vietnam War hero! I’m still shaking my head and feeling such sadness!
