How the man (I use the term with misgivings, he's hardly more than a petulant, selfish little boy) can repeatedly commit acts of Treason so clearly destrucive of the American ethos and not have the GOP, the Blue Dogs, the Independents and the national media howling like banshees about it is really scarey. Where is the indignant outrage?

I know that there are strong undercurrents of it everywhere across America and within the blogosphere, but perfidy on this scale begs more than an undercurrent IMHO.
