It turns out that BILL CLINTON HAS A FINGER TREMOR which is one of the first presenting symptoms of Parkinson's Disease -- however Clinton has been examined by neurologists who claim he does NOT have PD.
Which “finger” did Billy Clinton have a problem with? I wasn’t sure it was located on either of his hands....but I digress.
