The video is short, factual, to the point and should be emailed to all your friends, co-workers, neighbors and relatives.
It’s the best, concise and colorful explanation I’ve seen that can be understood by a layman (believe me I’ve tried the longer way!)

The ice caps are not "melting." Arctic sea ice traditionally melts and reduces in size during the summer. The retreat has been increasing, but last summer was a little greater than the year before. OTOH, there is no evidence the Greenland ice cap is melting in the interior.
The interior of the Antarctic ice cap is actually thickening.
