Everyone uses that verse out of context just like “judge not lest ye be judged” to avoid Biblical criticism. Paul rebuked Peter to his face, even though peter was ‘anointed’ with the Holy Spirit too. And Paul was RIGHT in correcting Peter, and peter accepted the correction even though it was done in front of everyone else (gasp! How mean spirited and humiliating!).
