Just had to post this: I don't follow football, even today, but I do check the top searches on google.

Today one of the top ten is Tim Tebow's eye black, which is a verse from Ephesians.

"For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them."

What a creative witness. I see he constantly does this, and I also see they blog about it on Huffington. Predictably, several of them are reacting like vampires that have suddenly been exposed to sunlight by being as profane and disrespectful as they can.

I wonder how long it will be before the fascists that call themselves progressives call for him not to be allowed to play. They might be overcome with an urge to do good works, after all.

I wanted to post a picture, but am not quite sure how to do this.

Tim Tebow is a class act and a real man -- on and off the field.

Of course, I had to go to the google top hits and select from that, here was the first thing I clicked on: Ron Hart: "...he must think we are interested..."

Well, RON, I don't watch college football at all, and I don't really know Tim Tebow from a hole in the ground (other than having heard his name in the news)

But I will say this: Those of us who don't live a completely self-centered existence in New York, NY may actually find it interesting that there is a man out there who can embrace his celebrity AND his Christian religion instead of turning into the likes of David Letterman.

I don’t know, but I’ll tell you this - as long as he goes around like that, Obama won’t support him.

Obama can’t even go to church on Christmas morning, let alone look at bible verses.

I’m curious why you would ask that.

Have you ever heard that he did?

I believe they will, but am not positive. I think they have a policy that forbids "graffiti" on equipment and uniforms.

If i remember correctly there was a report that he and at least one of his teammates last year would often have friendly locker room banter about the election, with Tebow supporting McCain.

Tim Tebow is a great quarterback, and a very fine Christian gentleman. He is the perfect role model for the younger generation!
