That’s how I read it at first but I think it was just poorly written. I suspect the parents took the child to the hospital and the church went on with the program.

That’s how I read it at first but I think it was just poorly written. OK! That does make more sense. I shouldn't be surprised at the state of journalism today. Thanks to everyone for not tearing me a new one.
