the media will never apologize for any of their fanatic attempts to promote their goofy agenda

they will never admit that Anthropomorphic Global Warming has been a mistake compounded by leftist politics

they will never admit that Ronald Regan and his policies (specifically his “Evil Empire” speech and “Star Wars” program) caused the end of Soviet Union and the Cold War

they will never admit that Bush 43 transformed the Middle East with his conquest of Iraq

they will never admit that Progressive policies promoting home ownership by unqualified borrowers ultimately lead to the “housing bubble” and the subsequent financial crisis

we need to get over trying to ever get the leftists to admit they are idiots

its just not going to happen

because they are idiots

The Achilles heel of "the media" is its great strength - which is its unity. It makes sense to speak of "the media" - a plural noun - with a singular verb, "will" because in fact the journalism outlets are about journalism in general more than about the individual outlets themselves. And that is true because journalism as we know it started in the middle of the Nineteenth Century with the advent of the Associated Press.

The AP homogenized the newspapers by making them all about the news and only marginally about the opinions of the editors.

Journalism and Objectivity

The Right to Know

Why the Associated Press is Pernicious to the Public Interest

The Market for Conservative-Based News

Why Broadcast Journalism is Unnecessary and Illegitimate

The AP was 4 Advances that Set News Back found by SCOTUS to be in violation of the Sherman Antitrust Act in 1945. Back then, the AP was too big to fail; in the Internet era the AP's mission of husbanding scarce telegraph bandwidth is an anachronism. There should be a way to sue it into oblivion.
