Another logical fallacy. “Anti-intellectual”
Translation: “We’re the experts, you don’t know s@$t, we’ll decide what’s best for you.”
As a denizen of flyover country, have been constantly amazed at just how ill-educated some of the ivory tower folks are. This characterization if it ever was true, is much less increasingly so today. It is true that most people should instinctively dislike pseudo-intellectuals, but that’s not news.

Educated = someone told you what is.
Informed = you sought and observed what is.
