This is BS. A rocket launcher is only good for hitting someone over the head.
It’s only dangerous if there is A ROCKET IN IT.
From what I can gather I think this was just an empty tube. Bunch of bed-wetters.

This whole story stinks. He owned Jihadist writings? WTF does that mean? There are probably links to Bin Laden tapes and Al Queda manuals on FR. Did he write this stuff of just print it out and read it?
And why was he arrested for trespassing? Why wasn’t she arrested for holding his possessions from him? That sounds like theft to me.
