Under federal law the AT-4 shoulder-mounted rocket launcher is not a controlled item. It doesn’t even come close to fitting the definition of a firearm under 18USC CH44 921, or as either a firearm or destructive device under 26USC CH53 5845.
The launcher is legal how about the ammo?
