I adore Dick Cheney, but I doubt if he would ever run again. His Wyoming fishing hole is calling his name.

I’ll probably get blasted for this, but I think she would make a better serious candidate than Sarah Palin. (and I like her, too.) Liz, like her Dad, has “gravitas”.
I believe Liz would be an excellent candidate also. Either of them (and Dana Perino IMHO) would be excellent leaders of our nation. All have fantastic political knowledge, experience and intelligence required for the job. All of them individually best the best Hillary ever exhibited.

I do like Palin though, but if Liz was running she’d be a slamdunk in my opinion...over any of the men who might consider running in the party, because I don’t see any with the..”gravitas”..she has.
Sarah still has done great things in her life as Gov. and has galvanized the grassroots as no other, so no matter what I see her involved long term, if or not she announces she’s running. But I have a feeling she’s not going to run.
