Calm down bro. My response didn't deal with any of the common sense things you mentioned. To call for the assassination of Bush is not the same thing as saying you hope Rush dies. One is a threat, the other is not.
Should "evil" speech be allowed? Hell yes. How do you define when speech is evil? Maybe the day comes when your own speech is deemed evil (as it already is in lib circles) and therefore outlawed. We're already seeing this happen with "hate speech". You should be free to hate anything or anyone you want and say so with freedom no matter who it offends. Do you disagree with that or not?
