Personally I would have pulled a carrier group up within visible range of whatever turd town is biggest in Yemen and sent them a message that they had 48 hours to round up every "radical" they have and turn them over. When they failed to do that (which they would) I'd shell them until Yemen broke off from the Saudi Arabian peninsula and slid into the sea.
