Agree. All we really have to do is have a president that says something like: “The prisoners said that they were tortured at Abdul-Grab, our troops say no, we believe our troops, but will take a quick look to see if anything egregious happened.” In other words, we believe Americans before we believe the enemy...and if it’s not completely clear that the Americans were out of line, then sorry, those are the breaks.

The idea of giving them Koreans, prayer rugs, and Hillel meals (or whatever it is they want for their religion) when in jail is despicable. We need to give them reasons for NOT wanting to land in US custody, not reasons to have an extended hotel stay.
