Yep, if those children are not Americans, and if it means that AMERICANS were not unfairly punished. I have virtually no respect for so-called civilians anywhere except in the US. We should not go out of our way to harm others, but we also should not care if they get hurt in a warfare environment. The Palestinians use THEIR children as human shields (to manipulate the feelings of Western softies)...given that, then sorry to the kids, but don’t blame us, blame your parents.
...and when things get bad enough, that will (again) become Western policy, and the world will QUICKLY become a much more peaceful place.
ONLY 8? With us leaving in 18 months we had really better pick up this pace. No use leaving unfinished business behind.
