Keep in mind that chhest pains may be anywhere on the scale from a pulled muscle to impending death, and “serious condition” may be what and man with chest pain pushing 60 would be admitted as.

We just don’t know anything.

The fact that it’s been hours with no news may be good, actually. It probably means that it’s not a massive heart attack, or we’d have heard some really bad news.

Thank you for posting some rational sense. You are correct in everything you say.

I also had chest pains that I was sure was a heart attack. It wound up being a pulled ligament in my back between my shoulder blades. I felt exactly like chest pains. I was admitted to Emergency and declared “serious” for half the day. After a Laperostopy, my arteries were declared spotless and heart and valves in excellent condition for a 30 year old. I’m 59.

So, let’s all take a deep breath and calm down. The delays are in our best interest. It must mean that things are not deeply serious.
