I developed severe hearing loss in both ears in my mid 30’s.
Nerve deafness, no help for that! I pray you can be helped.
Nerve deafness from birth too. I started taking lip reading instruction from about age 5 onward.
I am blessed that it has not kept me from a wonderful job. I don’t think of myself as disabled but it is a pain in the ___.
