I wonder when the other two branches are going to say enough is enough and put the judiciary back in its place. It should have been done 40 years ago with busing.

The state of judges in this country is utterly contemptible.

Budget offsets - from her paycheck - in its entirety - into the foodstamp program.

Can the Governor move the funds from the Judiciary’s budget?

He should ignore the judge.

The new frontier of socialism. Pawlenty should go to the USSC. But he is also the governor who named the couple of liberal judges that decided against Coleman.

Many of ‘em start as lawyers...need we say more (sorry to the good attorneys out there...but you are outnumbered.)

Here's a look at the judge:

Some liberals you can spot a mile away by their condescending look. This judge is one of them.

Minnesota libtard politicians love to model their moonbattery after Kalifornia. Often whatever idiocy starts there (CARB, for example) eventually comes here.

Budget cuts are "Unconstitutional"? Wow.

Well, keep in mind, Minnesota DID (with the help of ACORN) elect Al Franken to the senate.

Okay! This is where we see if Pawlenty is for real, or just a weakling like Jeb Bush. This is where we see if Pawlenty has the guts to tell the judge to go play in the street, that the judicial branch is a coEQUAL branch of government, and NOT at the top of the food chain.

Is Pawlenty another gutless wonder?
We will see very shortly.

It would be interesting to know the details of the case here. The judge is surely making her decision based on the Minnesota state constitution, and state constitutions can be tricky things. There may well be some arcane procedural clause that Pawlenty violated. Or, it could be that the judge is full of beans. Like I said, it would be interesting to know all the details.
