But it is compelling eyewitness testimony that strongly favors a conclusion of explosives rather than drugs. Yes, passengers could have been moved for any number of reasons we could pluck from thin air. Maybe it wasnt safe because of asbestos in the ceiling or maybe the man in orange had ringworm. Maybe the FBI agent is a psychotic liar having a little sick fun when he made the not-so oblique comment that the safety issue was directly related to the man taken into custody. In light of several key points in the eyewitnesss detailed (and corroborated) account, however, a plain reading of the events along with the comment from the FBI agent points to explosives.
