Could Obama Use INTERPOL to Evade Constitutional Law?
NewsReal ^ | December 30, 2009 | Liz Blaine

Posted on 12/30/2009 11:51:35 AM PST by callisto

Much has been written recently since ThreatsWatch first broke the story of President Obama’s stealth Executive Order (EO) rendering an international police force immune from the restrictions of the Constitution and American law. Reports are focusing on the ramifications of the EO to U.S. sovereignty and the potential surrender of Americans to war crime tribunals in the International Criminal Court (ICC). But is the President using the 2(c) provision to sidestep Constitutional law and place the U.S. under the jurisdiction of the ICC without ratification of the UN Treaty by 2/3 of the Senate? Or is he granting unrecognized authority to INTERPOL, the International Criminal Police Organization, providing them unrestrained power over the American people? And could he use these privileges to step above and beyond the Constitution, or as a means for political cronies to profit?

I have IE8 and mine did also, until I right-clicked the tool bar near the top of the browser and selected “Compatability View Button.” Once you add the, then go to the site and immediately click the button it adds next to the Refresh button and it will open and remember to always use that view when you go to the site.

When the final line is drawn in the sand, the Oathkeepers will be our biggest asset. Most of the Oathkeepers have put their lives on the line for America and the Constitution. They will do it again to secure Liberty and Freedom for the Republic. All Freepers should take time to check out the Oathkeepers site. It would be smart to know who will be there when it counts. By the way, the Oathkeepers are not a political group. They support the Constitution and the American way.

Obama will create some insane situation in which some citizens will be forced to defend themselves with firearms. As soon as that happens, bam! Martial law and confiscation of all private firearms “until the emergency has passed.” More armed resistance. Camps open for “right-wing and veteran conservatives.” Elections “postponed.” For the children. It’s not that slippery a slope.

Iran brought in Hezbollah creeps to crack down on the protestors. It has to be an outside force not sympathetic to us. He is tightening the noose more every day on America.

Here is an amusing feature story from Milwaukee. It was the ONLY thing that brought a smile to my face in today's print edition of the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel.

Usinger knife tales cut to the heart of giving

Although I've eaten more than my share of Usinger sausage, I don't believe that I've ever received one of their knives! ;-)

I dont trust Republicans any more than I do Democrats.

I hear you brother, but we'll never get rid of the creeps in Washington and the creeping Socialism (which is now rampaging)until we stop saying things like that. Fight the trust issue with the Republicans inside the County Parties and make sure that the State and National Parties nominate conservative candidates who will keep their oaths.

Currently, INTERPOL is a clearing house of info and intel. They don’t have a bunch of agents running around arresting people.

Their records, per the EO, are now "inviolable". INTERPOL can now be used to collect, store, and collate info about US "undesirables" that would be unconstitutional for domestic law enforcement.

Glad I made your day. Believe me, the pickings are slim today. I’m going to have to look around all the nooks and crannies at the office today to see if I have one of those knives. I feel really left out because I don’t think anyone has ever sent me one! :) I guess I haven’t lived here long enough (23 years).

BTW — the Marie Uilein mentioned — I think my husband & I delivered a Bush 2004 sign to her home and placed it in her yard. Too bad she’s gone now. R.I.P., Mrs. Uilein. The Uileins were part of the Pabst family, I believe.

Thanx for the facts. I have also read that Clinton did something similar, by altering one of Reagan’s EOs and then W changed it back.

Aren’t EOs only binding on Federal agencies? Perhaps this is directed at more hobbling of CIA?
