There are some who would say that getting transferred out of Philly to South Carolina would not be a bad thing. Is there anyone left in CONUS that still believes that AG Holder should NOT be impeached?

He wasn’t transferred out of Philly, he was transferred out of his post as Voting Section Chief, which would be in D.C., as I understand it.

DC/Philly to SC. Good trade...location wise. If it’s the same pay, maybe to shut him up?

This should be a MAJOR news story but the MSM has completely ignored it. How low will they go to cover the depths of Obama’s corruption?

Here's a long list of South Carolina FReepers that will agree with you.

Mr. Coates, welcome!

Yep. Lateral transfer (banished to flyover country).

Lateral transfer

You might be being kind to phrase it as a lateral move, I would think this is a career ending transfer and a demotion.

The best analogy I can think of is a Colonel at the Pentagon being passed over for General and then reassigned outside of the DC area.

Proximity to power, is power.

So the man who would (and did) approve charges of voter intimidation is no longer “chief of the Voting Section of the Justice Department.”

They have refined their m.o. since they fired Walpin.

If a Republican president did this, it would be front page on the NY Times.

Liberal hypocrites.

And what thugs we now have in Washington. Chicago-style politics.
