Agreed. The fashionistas' fetish for her is freakin' LUDICROUS! She's the wife of the communist-approved politician du jour, so they apparently feel compelled to ascribe to her "that which she manifestly does not have." Michelle is no more a supermodel than Nina Kukharchuk was a Playboy centerfold; she'd have to stand on Carla Bruni's shoulders to measure up to Raisa Gorbachev.
As for being the new Jackie O: Michelle isn't even the new Jackie Mason.
