Assuming that the GOP seizes control of both the house and senate you still could not repeal this. Even then Obama would just veto any such bill. No way the GOP wins enough seats to overturn vetos. So you’d have to get rid of Obama in 2012 to repeal.
They could repeal them by adding amendments to "necessary" legislation and force the President to sign or veto it.
Assuming they would have the testicular fortitude.
In order to return to a constitutional representative republic once again, one must vote for the ONLY party that will do that.
Anything else IS a wasted vote.
That is why we need Jim Demint in 2012 he’s the only person with a set to do just that
