Assuming that the GOP seizes control of both the house and senate you still could not repeal this. Even then Obama would just veto any such bill. No way the GOP wins enough seats to overturn vetos. So you’d have to get rid of Obama in 2012 to repeal.

That would be the best option, and they might be able to cut some small parts out. But I believe that Obama would not hesitate to veto any full scale repeal of Obamacare. It is, after all, his signature accomplishment. He would just go on TV and explain why he was doing it, as Clinton did (successfully) when Newt tried the same type of things with him.
