I can't believe that they are not in favor of this. My guess is that after seeing how easily Obama can be rolled, Landrieu and the other “moderate” Dems are opposing this until a multi-billion dollar “stimulus” for them and their state is added to the bill.

Oh, but they are. Note that most of them are simply saying back off until *after* the elections. Then they will come back with it. They are like cancer.
