According to eyewitness reports, banks, bus stops, cabbage containers, and cars were set on fire during the protests.
Cabbage Containers???? I mean no matter how much you don't like slaw why burn a cabbage container. I get robbing banks and government offices. And burning cars just seems to be a hobby in that part of the world. But when the whole country is going to heck and they take it out on cabbage?

The burning cars are used as blocades against the Basij and supression forces. I read that one person was advocating using them as moving bombs by stting them on fire, and then putting them in gear, and rammimg them into Hardliner forces.
No doubt adding extra bottles of gas in the back seat first.

I’ve a suspicion that “cabbage” is a lost-in-translation reference to garbage.
