Profiling is no big deal for airport security. Its not like they are being given traffic tickets, they are just given more extensive security checks, and deservedly so. I say profile the hell out of them. I also say that, at such time scottish white males start blowing up airliners, PROFILE THEM TOO!
If I was Arab/Muslim I'd totally expect to get extra scrutiny. It's just common sense. Unless you are a terrorist yourself you shouldn't mind security zeroing in on people who want to blow up your ass too!!
Seems to me that loyal American muslims (if there are any) should be more than happy to submit to extensive searches. They, more than anyone, should understand profiling and be eager to prove themselves innocent.
Now if CAIR would encourage the muslim population to humbly submit to prove what good Americans they are, it would help their reputation.
