How long will it be until US military personnel or CIA agents are “apprehended” on US soil for “war crimes”?

I believe this is a scenario that 0 and Holder desire, but can not state publicly. What other reason can there be to give INTERPOL immunity from US law?

“Just as well-organized. Just as well-funded.”
Let the SCOTUS briefs begin.

The Euroweenies have wanted to arrest and prosecute Bush and Cheney for years.

What are the odds that Obama can ask Interpol to do what state and even federal police cannot? Search and seizure and arrest without warrants by Interpol, bypassing the Constitution?

And we may not even know of such “apprehensions” because they don’t have to tell us and our own agencies are not allowed to ask. They can abduct and kill Americans on American soil without penalty. To get the attention of the USSC a victim of INTERPOL would have to sue in the USSC and no such victims will be available to sue. This looks like a setup for classic Latin-American “disappearances.”
