In Amsterdam there is a facility at the airport where mules are forced to go to the bathroom when they come from Curacao carrying cocaine in their bodies. The Dutch have a pretty good idea of someone being a mule when he or she has not eaten or ingested anything during the long flight from Curacao to Amsterdam.
I would not put it past Al Qaeda to make people swallow little containers with explosives to carry in their bodies.
