IF this ends up being a lawsuit (either preplanned or after the fact), bring it on... I’d like to see treatment of the flying imams that led to their being able to bring suit revisited.
We PAID them, apologized to them, and emboldened others to engage in similar behavior — again, that’s what happened in Airtran flight 297 from Atlanta just after Ft. Hood and before T’giving and United flight 227 in DIA on 12/09/09.
As I understand it (need to look into it more), congregating in the aisles and hanging out in the bathrooms (not sure how this is enforced, lol) is already AGAINST airline regulations!
More info on what occurred during the flight from the Telegraph,
Detroit terror attack: second Nigerian arrested on Amsterdam flight
..............."Before locking himself in to the toilet the man had already been up and down to the same cubicle several times. Cabin crew became increasingly suspicious, broke the door down and dragged him out. He is then said to have become irate and verbally aggressive.
He was subdued and the pilot contacted the airport to say there was an emergency on board. ..............
.............The passengers and crew were evacuated from the plane and the man was formally arrested. Officials said no explosive device had been found on the suspect.
The man had boarded the flight with no luggage. ...............
...................a senior US official told Fox News that the man arrested on Sunday was simply a sick passenger. "...............
Oh, my, just a sick passenger. Wait a minute, the other dude did the same thing.....spend lots of time in the can, then complain of being sick. Hmmmmm.
