Rosen hotel president on Fox and Friends now explaining that under the new health bill his coverage of all of his employees will be terminated. He cannot justify spending $2500/year plus their own medical center (didn't say how much that cost) when he could drop coverage and pay $750/year tax on each one. He would save $8 million per year.

Said he spoke to Senator Nelson of Florida (his state) about this and Nelson said "It is our hope you would continue to provide coverage."

He thinks that the government knows most businesses would be in the same situation he is and that this is a Machiavellian effort to move people to single payer.

At what point will everyone see that its not about health care but a total government take over of 18% of the economy and little else.

I heard on the radio an estimate last week,can't recall where, that if all goes to plan the obama govt. could take over more than 50% of our economy with all their reckless if not evil power grabs.

This is exactly what my husband has said about the insurance for his 150+ employees. He’s as conservative as can be, but we know that the costs will only go up with new taxes,regs,and mandated benefits.
