Obama seems to put Muslim terrorists in the same category as a wild dog...he thinks he can tame them with kindness.... he doesn’t get that they are not just wild dogs, the AQ Terrorists are rabid wild dogs and have to be put down.
Obama is that eunach cop from Demolition Man whose solution to violence is to speak with a firm tone and say “lie down.” ...and when that fails add “or else”.
