On Platform One at Bolton station a mob of around 100 men punch the air in unison. The chant goes up: 'Muslim bombers, off our streets, Muslim bombers off our streets...'
Their voices echo loudly and more men suddenly appear; startled passengers move aside. The group march forward waving St George Cross flags and holding up placards. The throng of men around me applaud. A train heading for Glasgow draws up on the opposite platform and the men turn as one, bursting into song: 'Engelaand, Engelaand, Engelaand.'
The gathering is remarkable, as on a match day these men would be fighting each other. But it is politics that has drawn them together. They are headed for Manchester to support a march by the burgeoning English Defence League.
The police are here in force, too. 'Take that mask off,' barks a sergeant to one young man. He does so immediately but protests: 'Why are they allowed to wear burkas in public but we're not allowed to cover our faces?'
The rise of the English Defence League has been rapid. Since its formation at the start of the summer the group has organised nearly 20 major protests in Britain's cities ...
Its leaders are professional and articulate and they claim that the EDL is a peaceful, non-racist organisation. But having spent time with them, there is evidence that this movement has a more disturbing side. There is talk of the need for a 'street army', and there are links with football hooligans and evidence that violent neo-Nazi groups including Combat 18, Blood and Honour and the British Freedom Fighters have been attending demos

The Brits are a strange people, not uniformly prone to making smart decisions, but with moments of great clarity. Nice to see at least a few of them waking up to organize a response to the almost total tyranny they live under now. But look how easily even these fellows are cowed by the authorities
And yet its always nice to see someone organize the rampant hooliganism and focus it in a potentially useful direction.

How hard is it to get guns in to England?
Very hard to get a gun in the UK but my Brit brother in law says a lot of the Pakis have them.
From the land that created some of the most historic trends and fashions comes another example.

There will always be an England. Muslims beware! The tide has turned and it is your fault for being disloyal to Queen and Country. This is but the start of a re-conquest that will see England Christian again. It came up from the people, not down from the government. This is a good thing in the end— anything else is surrender.

That’s why it’s called terrorism and I have no sympathy for those who are or sympathize with terrorists but I do not also want to be associated with those who commit such acts!
Self control will win the day in England. If the new English political parties keep their heads they are likely to garner a lot of votes and have a hand in some changes that need to be made. If they act like hooligans then they will lose that opportunity
