The fix was in. In the two ballots below, both had Obama/Biden as the presidential choice.

However, this ballot below was counted a a NO VOTE for Coleman (Even though there was an indication this voter could have voted for a Republican):

And THIS ballot below was counted as a YES VOTE for Franken (even though there was NO evidence he would have voted for a Democrat):
