So far, the ONLY surprising thing about this “incident” is that he was unsuccessful. Everything else is/was as predictable as the sun rising in the east.

Agreed. The jihadists will keep coming, they will eat, stuff inside themselves and mask explosives, get onboard our planes. They will surgically implant explosives in a baby's body, I guarantee it, they have NO boundaries.
Therefore we must have NO boundaries in fighting them.
