Picking up Teddy's Torch? Remember that the elderly Robert Byrd gave an unnecessary dedication of his "Aye" vote on the health care monstrosity to the late Ted Kennedy. So it wouldn't surprise me that some of Senate 'Rats celebrated the passage of their noxious health care bill by emulating their fallen martyr.
