How would this 1 hour bladder control exercise have prevented this most recent attempted “man mad disaster”? Did the perp get up and go to the bathroom? No indication in reports I’ve seen. What’s the rationale? And, what are they going to do with the folks who absolutely cannot hold in bladder or other contents? And, one other observation...
