I hard Rep. Peter King say on CNN that this person was NOT on a “no-fly” list.

Perhaps he isn’t. This is what the Chinese news service is reporting; “The suspect had been in a law enforcement intelligence database but was not on the government’s no-fly list, a law enforcement official said.”

And now the Times UK is reporting: "He was reportedly on a US intelligence “watch-list” but not on the US Government’s no-fly list."

Maybe we need to be rethinking our no-fly list and stop giving terrorists the benefit of the doubt. Clearly, this guy should never have been allowed to get on a plane that was headed for our country.
