Someday, the idiots whose votes put Obama in the WH and made the Dems the majority in Congress are going to regret what they did.
The Democratic fantasy that they can campaign on this bill provisions demonstrates their fundamental insanity.
I’ve come to the conclusion that the whole purpose of this policy is to pit person against person, family against family, competing for scarce medical resources and hating everything their neighbor does that would use some of that resource.
If you see an overweight neighbor eating a cheeseburger and know that his choices will reduce the amount of medical care available to you and your children, you’ll grow to hate him, and more importantly, you’ll demand that the government restrict his behavior.
This is the whole point.
He's not mentally fit to be in a position of authority.

This stuff is insane. No one will make any effort to abide by the law, nor should they when it is simply mad ravings set on paper.
What if they gave a government and nobody came?

Here is a concrete example of the bias for generalists that may impact many individuals. There are two choices for screening colorectal cancer: colonscopy by a specialist or sigmoid scope done by a generalist. The colonscopy is 3 to 5 times more expensive but it covers the entire length of the colon and has the ability to remove polyps. The increased cost is due to the expertise of the physician, the instrument cost, the assistant administering sedation, and the location in a hospital outpatient area. My physician wanted to use the sigmoid scope on me. I refused because the sigmoid scope only covers half of the colon, my physician does not perform the procedure often, and no sedation is available. I have been told that the procedure is very unpleasant. Do you want government officials to force the sigmoid scope on you?
I think Robert Wenzel’s article would be much more forceful and effective if he would cite the page no’s and/or section no’s he is referring to.
